Steps To Make Order

How To Order :

Step 1 : Customer "Send Inquiry" to our farm by email wowdiscus@gmail.com or sales@wowdiscus.com or by Fax that show details of fish you want to order our code of products , size , and quantity (see details at our price list)

Step 2 : We check fish details and send "Performa Invoice" for approve to customer that will show all details of cost for shipment (fish cost , freight cost , packing & shipping cost) , we will send to customer after receive Inquiry details.

Step 3 : Customer "confirm order" and "transfer money" by T/T to our bank account

Step 4 : After our bank confirm receive money, We start prepare document for shipment, Booking space to the Airline and quarantine fish .

Step 5 : Packing and send fish to the Airline on flight schedule.

Step 6 : send copy of all document for shipment to customer by Email or Fax. and we will send conclusion invoice for show really cost for shipment.

Step 7 : customer send report of shipment


When you have placed order for the fishes, we will send a Performa invoice with a summary of your order and the total amount due.

Freight Charge
Freight charge are based on the actual charge from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge as our profit.

Price : FOB / Bangkok in US dollars
Payment : Advance payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
All of the prices quote here is F.O.B from Bangkok , Thailand Prices of every product can be changed any time without notice and will be advised in our next offer or new price list or our stock list.


Packing & Services
All speciments are packed in pressurised oxygenated double plastics bags of 10 per box.
The bags are packed in polystyrolfoam boxes dim. 65x35x40 cm and each box costs 7 USD.
You can order for one box 4 kinds of tropical fish.
You can see qty of fish for one bag in stock list or Price list.
All bags have labels with code and qty of the fishes conformable with invoice.
Water quality :
pH = 7.5
dGH = 15 - 18
dKH = 6 - 7
Packing Charge :: 7 USD / box
:: Heat pack charge 1.5 USD / box (if any)
- Shipping & Handling fee : 75 USD per shipment.
- Health Certificate fee : 25 USD ( if need)

Important Document Providing
Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment:
- Invoice,
- Packing List,
- Airway bill,
- Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand) for Fish
- Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand) for Plants
- and/or CITES Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)

However in some countries may need more documents such as Certificate of origin or special declaration.
Please inform us in advance.

Some countries, importers must have Import Permit Certificate first before you confirm the order.

The required quantity (Minimum order quantity at least 7 boxes up/100 kgs)
Specify the designated port you wish to have the product delivered
Specified the date for delivery

High Quality Discus Fish from Selective Breeding Program at Sah’s Discus Farm or what you called "Wow Discus" We offer a wide selection of healthy discus fish breed by professional breeders in excellent discus farm. And we thus ship your new discus fish to airport guaranteeing live and healthy in every arrival.

Packing - We guarantee good packing technique. Our pre packing preparation, prior to shipment, involve 24-48 hours of observation, starvation, temperature control, etc. All fishes are packed in double oxygenated bags and stored inside high density poly foam boxes with an additional outer paper carton. The net weight for a discus carton is app. 14 kg. and for other fishes is app. 14 - 15 kg. Packing charge per a discus box is US$ 10, and for other fishes the charge is US$ 8.

Delivery - We will be able to effect shipment 7 days upon receipt of payments. Any other arrangement can be specially agreed.

Live arrival guarantee - We offer live arrival guarantee. If the fishes do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after arriving at your airport, we will replace them for free. However, our guarantee does not cover the cost of packing and shipping.
